a) My Orders (Active orders, Archived orders)
i. Awaiting payment: the buyer places an order and has not paid for the order;
ii. Pending confirmation: the buyer has paid for the order to TradeTang and waiting for the confirmation of TradeTang financial staff;
iii. Awaiting shipping: the payment has been confirmed, seller accepts the order and wait for seller to ship the package out;
iv. Shipped: the seller has shipped the package out, and wait for buyer’s acceptance;
v. Dispute: if there comes the dispute during the purchasing process, TradeTang will help to solve the dispute according to actual situation;
vi. Completed: the package has arrived at buyer’s destination, buyer should check the package, if the buyer is satisfied with the package, TradeTang releases the money to seller and the order is completed.
vii. Inexecutable: indicate that the order cannot be fulfilled. The buyer needs to response in their account to ‘look for another supplier’,Prolong handling time’ or ‘Apply for Refund’.
b) My Messages (order, products)
The buyer can check all messages about order and product here.
c) My Favorites (products, sellers, categories)
It is a place that buyer can collect what he likes here such as products, sellers, categories.
d) Feedback
The buyer can check the feedbacks that given by sellers.
e) My Account
The buyer can revise basic information (such as profile, Password, Contact Information) and manage his TradeTang Deposit.
What are inexecutable orders?
Inexecutable orders are orders that can not be fulfilled either because items are out of stock or buyers provide inadequate information for supplier to process the order. Once orders are not executable, buyers will be informed by email of the reasons and actions need to be taken. If buyers are required to give more advice such as size and color, they can reply to TradeTang Customer Service email on the matter. If items are out of stock or at wrong price or supplier needs more time to prepare for the shipment, buyer can take the following measures:
1) Click the “Look for another supplier” button to transfer the order to another supplier;
2) Click the “Prolong handling time” button to prolong the handling time for supplier to send the order.
3) Click the “Apply for refund” button to apply for refund. If you do not want to send money back and forth, you can email to Tradetang Customer Service to transfer the refund to a new order.
