Cleaning Up a DVD Player
Cleaning up a DVD player though is not very difficult but requires a thorough and careful handling. The user needs to be very cautious while cleaning his one to get better result. Here are some tips for the user:

- Before you move on to cleaning your DVD player you need to unplug it from the electric setting of your house and your television and bring it onto your table or desk to clean it up.
- There is usually dust outside the DVD player. Due to the movement of the cooling fans this dust is gathered around the outer surface of the player. Never try to blow them from outside or to wipe it up with the clothes. If you do any of this the dust will enter into the player through the ventilation holes. It is better that you separate the plate from the player and then try to blow the dust from the inner part of the DVD player. Another thing that you can do is that some players have the option to blow out the dust from inner side buy running the fan inside it. If your player has this system, try using it to clean the outside dust.
- Then you have to insert the cleaning disk into the player and wait a bit so that it works thoroughly. When it is done with its work check it inserting a normal DVD whether this is ok now. If you see that it is still to clean then you need to try the neat step.
- Though this step is a bit risky and requires a little bit of practice or training or at least the knowledge of handling electronic goods properly. All you need to do is to disassemble the player and clean the different parts of it thoroughly. Try to clean up the dust with your finger.
- There are rubbing alcohol available in the market. Dip your finger tip on it and wipe the parts of the player once you nave wiped out the dust over it. Then dry it thoroughly.
