Ethics is a system of studied, accepted and recommended morals of a particular society. They imposed upon an individual for the proper conduct of that person. The ethics includes the code of proper behavior, values and unwritten rules of a particular society. Therefore, in every sphere of our social life we need to maintain that. Even in using the cell phone, we need to follow the ethics of cell phone use. While you own a cell phone this is not only that you get one and start using as you wish. Rather you need to follow the ethical use, which is a combination of manners, common sense values and laws. So, let us have a look over the ways of ethical use of cell phones:

In some places, they have to pay penalty or taken to jail for breaking such laws. Therefore, breaking the laws listed as unethical.

§ Talking in a low voice in public arenas
§ Switching to silent or vibrate mode while in a meeting or program going on

Therefore, you need to cultivate the values in yourself while you are using a cell phone so that you do not harm other rights and do not cause your moral decay.
