Can You Be Taller?
It’s almost an universal notion that tall people are always favoured by the opposite sex. And what’s more is that women’s preference for tall men seems to be hard wired into the brain. And that’s not all, there’s a hard evidence that a recent study carried out in Australia found that being 6-foot tall can raise a person’s annual income by almost $1,000 compared to men who are only two inches shorter.

If you are still in adolescence, then the chance for you to grow taller is pretty big, you know, sleep longer, do more sports and have a good diet. But if you are over 20, then it’s out of the picture unless you consider doing some surgery. If you are over forty, you might even shrink, shorter than you used to be. What a nightmare!
But no worries. Even though we can’t grow, it doesn’t mean we can’t be taller, does it? Are you thinking what I’m thinking right now? That’s right, elevator shoes. There are many of them special designed for men. It looks just like common men’s shoes, but have thickened sections of the insoles (known as lifts) under the heels to make the wearer appear taller.

Unlike high-heeled shoes, the component of elevator shoes that increases the wearer’s height is inside the shoe, hiding it from observers. You can also try buying shoes a little larger than your usual size, this way you can stuff some extra thick soft insoles in your shoes by yourself. Not only it’ll make you look taller, you can also feel this comfortable bouncing feeling like walking on sea sponge without anyone knowing your little secret. Works like a charm.

Hello, this is my first time i visit here. I found so many interesting in your blog especially on how to determine the topic. keep up the good work.
Brian, as to Nextdoor, in the early 2000s I worked 2 or three models dealing with homeowner association and neighborhood webs-sites- although the prospect sounds promising, advertiser supported models never worked.. they want METRICS and the reasons to return to site were never there in these neighborhood groups. Some HOA WebSite companies are thriving because the are tied into HOA management companies… As SOCIAL as these new sites can be there is no way to build scale. Now I launched HomeActions where I have a realtor enroll all his contacts into our newsletter system. We have just about 1/2 million homeowners in the system. I will follow NextDoor to see what they are doing different- One of our old companies was called E Neighbors… and I at the same time was rolling out eneighborhoods ! A lotta HOOD!
