Software or we can say the computer software is a basic term mainly used for data stored digitally for example computer programs and much other information written and read by system. At the present time, it includes data that should not be traditionally associated with the computers like tapes, film and records. The term “software” was coined in contrast to term hardware that really means physical devices where software is quite intangible i.e. can be touched and feel.
Some of the examples of software are Word processor (application software that works for user to perform some productive task), Middleware, Firmware, operating systems, Test ware etc. As we all Know that software’s can be designed by applying different programming languages as well as in many operating systems, standard and operating environments
When we talk about the software industry then it seems to be made up of various entities as well as the people that produce software and because of that there are numerous software companies in the world. Because the demand of the software’s are increasing day by day in many areas like in web searching, finance, data mining, gaming, space exploration, mathematics mining and many more.
